As the President of Rooted Oaks Construction, LLC she drives strategic growth, oversees financial operations, and fosters strong industry relationships. With her prior experience, she has honed her skills in government procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor relations. Her career also includes managerial roles in retail, administrative support in higher education, and hands-on experience as an independent contractor.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University, Indianapolis, and in proficient in various software applications. Debbie is OSHA 30 certified.
Beyond her professional endeavors, she is an avid outdoors enthusiast, married to her best friend of 30 years, a mom to three amazing kids, GiGi to a wonderful granddaughter, and a self-proclaimed Disney Adult. She loves attending her local church and believe that through God, all things are possible.
