Angela Morris serves as the President of Rooted Oaks Construction. She is a seasoned construction management professional, with more than 20+ years of experience delivering complex projects across the government and private sectors. Her background spans preconstruction, estimating, project management, and quality control for small and large-scale designbuild and designbidbuild projects nationwide.
Angela holds a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Construction Management from LSU, a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication from The Florida State University, and is credentialed as a LEED AP BD+C, PMP, and USACEcertified Quality Control Manager. Angela is OSHA 10 certified.
Before joining Rooted Oaks Construction, Angela led projects for general contractors and A/E firms, managing the process from concept through closeout for government, institutional, education, healthcare, commercial, retail, interior fit out and restaurant projects. She is known for her disciplined approach to contract management, stakeholder coordination, and project execution.
